Workshops –    

Branding & Productivity Workshop– In this workshop we cover: “How a SME can use Technology as an enabler for Business.” There are many tools, which are available for free or charged only when we reach a certain scale.

Our Flagship – SME-Business Growth Facilitation Workshop – where we address the common four pain areas – (Leadership & Management, Marketing & Sales, Building Effective Team Members, Finance) of SMEs, business owners/entrepreneur & start-ups. Events –    

SME Consulting Services was part of the core organizing team and we have conducted national and regional business summits in Sierra Leone and in key African countries. We had around 500 participants from SME associations, chambers of commerce, business groups, financial institutions, government agencies, international organisations, etc. We had eminent speakers from U.S.A, Europe and Africa who provided insights of ”How SMEs can use exports as a channel for growth,” etc. etc.

We organize SME business events regularly and provide them Business Growth Insights.

Export/Import Support services to MSMEs-

Post the success of our national, regional and international events, we are extending support to our SME- Business Owners and provide them insights and help for exports.  We have tied up with an Export & Import partners to service the export/import requirements of MSMEs across Africa.
